The policy regarding refunds, cancellations, and payments for the Fast Track service at Bangkok Airport.
For fast track reservations at Bangkok Airport, a 100% prepayment is required.
- Free cancellation 96 hours or more before the service: full refund.
- Less than 96 hours before the service: non-refundable.
- No-show: non-refundable.
- If your flight is delayed, we move Fast Track to the actual arrival/departure time at no extra charge.
- If your flight is cancelled or retimed and we can move the service to a new date, we reschedule — no cash refund.
- If the flight is cancelled, the trip does not happen, and we cannot reschedule: 50% refund.
